1. Loading Phase
The initial 2 days of the Essential Source HCG Remedy therapy
is called Loading Phase. In this stage, users eat high
calorie food. Dieters have to load as much food as he or she can,
as this will prepare the body for the low calorie diet days. The
manufacturer recommends 12 drops of HCG Remedy 3 times a day. However, users may
also
choose to take 6 drops, 6 times per day which can be more

the second

2. Maintenance Phase
This phase is not restricted to the

you are introduced to the low calorie diet of 500 per day.
For about
3 weeks, your body will get the low calorie diet along with the
combination of 12 drops three times a day. This targets your

3. Stabilization Phase
The Stabilization Phase is the
final phase where you can skip the drops. The manufacturer strongly
recommends a transition from the low calorie
diet to a controlled diet with moderate calorie restriction. But
completely avoid sugar and starch to keep the weight stable. This
would result in a daily fat intake of around 800 calories for
women and 1,000 for men.
