1- To allow NewCurves sufficient time to give you the results you would like, we recommend that you use the product daily as directed for a two month period.

2- The 90 day guarantee period starts 5 calendar days from the order date shown on your invoice (not from when you decide to start using the product). Therefore, we recommend you start using the product immediately.

3- Please call or e-mail us prior to sending NewCurves for a refund to receive a return authorization number (valid for 14 days).

4- Please return all bottles and jars to us for your refund (opened and unopened).  A refund will not be issued for any bottles or jars that are not returned.

5- Reorders constitute your satisfaction and therefore no refunds will be issued once a reorder is placed.

6- The NewCurves guarantee policy applies to first time orders of a maximum of 3 NewCurves cream jars and 3 NewCurves capsule bottles.

7- Special shipping charges (e.g. express mail, or international mail) are not refundable.

8- You are responsible for shipping the used and unused product containers back to us.

9- Refunds will be issued in the same manner as your original payment.  We will process your refund within 10 days of the receipt of the returned product.
