Progesto-Support can be used together with
NPC Natural Progesterone Cream for
women or Prostate Rescue for men to improve the reception of the natural
progesterone in these products. Progesto-Support can also be used alone to
improve the function of the existing progesterone in your body.
Progesto-Suppoort uses phytoprogestogen-ogenic
herbs to help restore glandular (adrenal) and endocrine
receptor health.
Many
women using bioidentical progesterone to treat symptoms related to PMS,
peri-menopause, menopause and post menopause symptoms, may not be receiving
the full benefits of the progesterone they use. Men using
progesterone may also experience a similar lack of results. In some
situations, men and women may have normal ranges of hormones, based on
blood or saliva testing, yet still suffer from
symptoms of hormone imbalance.
This
continuing imbalance may be caused
by hormone receptor site malfunction
rather than a true hormone imbalance. Receptor sites that are not working
properly manifest themselves with continued symptoms, despite bioidentical
hormone therapy usage.
If
the receptor sites are not functioning properly and receiving the hormones
into the cell, the resulting symptoms will mimic hormone imbalance, even
in the presence of the balancing hormones. The key is to support proper
hormone receptor site health to ensure optimal assimilation of present
hormones or supplemented hormones. Progesto-Support is a hormone-free vitamin supplements to aid in receptor site health.
Description
Progesto-Support is a dietary supplement clinically designed to promote
optimal progesterone function in women and help restore glandular
(adrenal) and endocrine receptor health utilizing phytoprogestogen-ogenic
herbs. These herbs emulate and support the natural actions of progesterone
and work together with bioidentical hormone replacement therapies.
Phytoprogesterones (phytosterols with
progesterone like activity) are provided by Chasteberry and Discorea
villosa (wild yam), which are able to support the health of progesterone
responsive tissue without being chemically converted into progesterone.
The progestogenic herb, Rehmannia belongs to a class of adaptogens that
support the proper progesterone producing function of the adrenal glands
in both genders. Also the anti-oxidant properties in this formulation;
enhanced by Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin B12,
help maintain the anti-oxidant activity provided by healthy progesterone
function.
