Women have unique health needs. Instead of a generic multivitamin, you
need a supplement designed with your specific needs in mind. Active Woman’s
Multi from Vitabase can meet that need.
Much More than a
Active Woman’s Multi is a scientifically formulated nutritional
supplement containing a broad spectrum of vitamins, minerals and natural
substances like Dong quai and black cohosh chosen for the unique demands
of a woman’s body. A full range of vitamins will help your body regulate
its metabolism as well as assist in the processes necessary to release
energy from digested foods.
The minerals in Active Woman’s Multi are
necessary for the proper composition of body fluids, the formation of
muscle and bones, the maintenance of healthy nerve function and the
regulation of muscle tone.
Supports A Woman's Total
Active Woman’s Multi goes beyond standard multivitamin formulas, though,
to include natural nutritional supplements which support a woman’s total
health. PABA (para amino benzoic acid) helps protect against sunburn and
skin damage. A deficiency of PABA may lead to depression, fatigue and even
graying of the hair!
Soy isoflavones act similarly to natural
estrogen. Boron is a mineral that can help prevent post-menopausal
osteoporosis and can assist in building muscle. Cranberry fruit extract
and Uva ursi berries support kidney and bladder health.
Includes Herbs for PMS
According to U.S. News and World Report as many as 75 percent of women
suffer each month from premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). More
commonly referred to as premenstrual disorder or PMS, in 3 to 9 percent of
women the symptoms are severe enough to interfere with everyday life.
Active Woman’s Multi includes Black
cohosh and Dong quai to help with hot flashes, menstrual cramps, and other
menstrual symptoms. GLA (gamma-Linolenic acid) and Chasteberry are also
included for their ability to support PMS relief.
