EST is one of the few over-the-counter creams containing a "Bi-Est" (estradiol and estriol) bioidentical natural estrogen formulation. In addition to its bioidentical natural estrogens, EST contains phytoestrogens and natural progesterone.  Each 1/4 teaspoon use of EST contains approximately 1 mg of natural estrogen (0.25 mg estradiol and 0.75 mg estriol) and 20 mg of natural progesterone.

EST Cream also contains phyto-estrogens (found in many plant sources, primarily soy, wild yam, licorice, black cohosh, and chamomile), and natural progesterone.
