Reversion?
Step 1 -
Antimicrobial Wash
Apply a dime-sized puddle of Reversion Antimicrobial Wash to a clean
washcloth, wet with warm water. Wash in a gentle circular motion. Spread
lather even over affected areas and leave on for one minute only. Rinse
thoroughly with warm water. Pat face dry. Use twice daily.
The Antimicrobial Wash uses Chloroxylenol
to eliminate 99.99% of the skin's surface bacteria that causes acne for up
to 12 hours. Its super cleansing power removes stubborn deposits from
pores and hair follicles better than soap.
Step 2 - Acne
Medication
After cleansing your face, pour a nickel-sized puddle of
Reversion Acne Medication in the palm of one hand. Using fingertips of the
other hand, apply to face, neck, chest and/or back, as needed. When dry
(5-15 seconds), apply oil-free sunscreen and/or non-comedogenic makeup as

Accutane™
is an expensive acne treatment that requires a prescription and must be
taken internally. It is absorbed into all cells in the body and it can
cause very serious side effects. One dose of Accutane™ can cause a birth

Benzoyl peroxide is the main ingredient in

and non-prescription acne treatments such as Proactiv ™. It has two
methods of action for treating acne: as an exfoliation agent and as an
antimicrobial, or bacteria reducing, agent. Unfortunately, benzoyl
peroxide eradicates less than 94% of bacteria on the skin surface. Within
a six-hour period of time, the remaining 6% of bacteria will multiply,
forming a new overgrowth of bacteria on the skin surface.
Benzoyl peroxide is primarily used for acne
treatment due to the antibacterial activity that these types of peroxides
display. The drug is marketed under a variety of trade names in over 200
formulations. Benzoyl peroxide is absorbed in the skin where it is
metabolized to benzoic acid and then excreted as benzoate in the urine.
Many side effects occur when using benzoyl peroxide for acne treatment.
Benzoyl peroxide side effects consist mainly of skin irritation including
burning, blistering, crusting, itching, severe redness, and skin rash.
