DIM (Diindolylmethane) is a natural phytonutrient (plant nutrient) found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. Basically, DIM helps increase "good" estrogen and decrease "bad" estrogen in both men and women. These "bad" estrogen metabolites are responsible for many of estrogen's undesirable actions in women and men, including unwanted weight gain as well as breast, uterine, and prostate cancers. By promoting a healthy estrogen metabolism, DIM adjusts the balance of estradiol to its "good" metabolites. This also can result in a more desirable action from testosterone. Testosterone supports energy and mood and helps sustain interest in sex in both men and women.

BioResponse DIM is the first and only source of Diindolylmethane in a patented delivery system that provides OTC predictable absorption.
